On the basis of the above arguments, I do not recommend publication of
this paper. To make the paper publishable at all (provided that the
main result survives), several things have to be done:

1) investigation of larger clusters,

2) finite-size scaling of order parameters and energies,

3) improvement of English,

4) systematic comparison with the results of other methods.
