For many of us girls or woman, lose weight is the best thing for us. Because the society give everyone an standard that though you are very slim but not enough. So many young girls try their best to lose weight. I saw that some girls only eat the vegetables and no ice in lunch in our dining-room, I dont know how can they get throught the whole afternoon under the burdensome work. Or manybe her work is very easy for her, but only eat so little vegetable is not enough for her healthy. I think take some proper exercise and the correct nutrition are both very important for our daily life. As for me, I never painstaking to lose weight, comfortable and healthy is very important for us I think!
