Call for applications for Post Doctoral Research Fellow

Center of Applied Microfluidic Chemistry, POSTECH (Pohang, Korea) is looking for a full-time post doctoral researcher(s) with strong ambition who are able to work for publications at global top elite journals. The position is initially for two years contract base, which can be extended further on mutual understanding.
Area of Research: Biorefinery Organic and Polymer Synthesis
Qualifications
Ph. D. in the area of Chemistry (Organic/Polymer Chemistry/Bio-organic/Chemical Biology).
An equivalent combination of relevant research experience.
Knowledge and Skills
Research experience in synthetic or/and materials chemistry and familiarity with analytical instruments.
Prior exposure to catalysis, bio-catalysis, biomass, micro-fabrication, micro-reaction technology and microfluidics techniques will be preferred.
Personal Qualities
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, sound organizational and problem-solving skills.
Responsible approach to equipment use and maintenance.
Ability to learn new skills and use new technologies.
SALARY
Starting salary: 2.0~2.5 million Korean Won per month (2000~2500USD) depending upon experience and achievement.
Extra benefits: Half covered insurances (health etc.), Preserved retirement allowance (a month of extra salary per year)
Publication Incentives [(impact factor-3.0)/3 x 1million won] and 2 weeks paid break per year.

2. Curriculum Vitae (CV) including description of research activities, experience and list of publications
3. Name and contact details of at least two referees.

Center of Applied Microfluidic Chemistry, POSTECH will evaluate the applicant’s academic background, employment history, research ability and assess the applicant’s suitability for the field. Result will be notified individually.

不错。

只是这个文章奖励有点意思，我第一次看这个算法：
Publication Incentives [(impact factor-3.0)/3 x 1million won] and 2 weeks paid break per year.

以ANGEWIF为12，JACSIF为9来算的话，奖励要高100万。。
