Descrizione: Il prestigioso evento mondiale sul mondo delle zeoliti ¨¨ stato assegnato, durante il 14th International Zeolite Conference svoltosi a Cape Town, South Africa dal 25 al 30 Aprile. Un grande riconoscimento per la comunit¨¤ dei ricercatori italiani.

The organising committee extends a cordial invitation to participate in the 8th International Symposium on Cataysis Applied to Fine Chemicals (8th CAFC).
This meeting will be held in the charming city of Verbania Pallanza, Italy, on the shore of Lago Maggiore.
The current conference to be held from September 16 to 20, 2007 is organised under the auspice of the Catalysis Group of the Italian Chemical Society.

The general scope of CAFC-8 will be the integration of heterogeneous, homogeneous and bio catalysis in organic synthesis with emphasis on relevance to fine chemicals production.
The symposium aims to stimulate interactions between academia, industry and researchers in these three sub-disciplines of catalysis.
CAFC-8 is expected to greatly contribute to the promotion of new concepts for the development of atom efficient catalytic methodolgies for fine chemicals synthesis reflecting also the green chemistry aspect.
The session topics will reflect this general theme, placing emphasis on aspects that are common to the three areas of catalysis.
