谢谢各位！！型材变黄的解决，我自己认为目前厂家自己解决还有难度，喷涂料不方便，型材挤出前的混炼加入的光稳定剂目前可能还不成熟。反正市面上还没有解决！ 6楼2007-05-04 17:40:45

| The yellowish color after long-term use is due to the thermo- or photo-degradation of your polymers and additives. Some of your photo- or thermo-initiator or modifier will show yellowish color after long-term exposure to ultraviolet light, especially at higher temperature and higher humidity. So what you can do is to avoid using excess amount of initiator, plasticizer, and other modifiers in your polymer such as PVC. Also the use of antioxidant, antidegradant, and UV-total reflection film for protection of your materials might be considered for better performance without surface color change. |
