500强外资药厂招聘高级生物信息专家，待遇优厚，欢迎自荐或推荐！ Responsibilities: •Mine clinical trial data to enable patient stratification •Merge external data such as epidemiological data, medical claims data, and electronic health records data with internal data from discovery through post marketing to derive business insights •Develop reports and other visual representations to support data-driven decision making •Drive and support cross border (internal/external) data and information reuse experiments •Work with projects to address specific information, analysis and interpretation challenges relating to clinical & personalized healthcare research •Promote a positive team climate of continuous improvement and develop and motivate peers to deliver competitive advantage through clear linkages between investment in people and business performance. •Build knowledge and expertise of the pharmaceutical industry and informatics trends. Requirements： •PhD or MS in biomedical informatics, computer science, engineering or a related discipline •Scientific domain knowledge and experience in at least one of the following therapeutics areas: Oncology, Neuroscience(CNS/Pain), Cardiovascular, Gastrointestinal, Infection, Respiratory & Inflammation •Familiarity with key Information Science sources (both academic and commercial) •Experience in one or more scientific domain (e.g. Biology, Pharmacology, Toxicology, Translational Science, Clinical Science, Healthcare, etc.) •Good understanding of the biomarker concept •Experience in analyzing clinical trial data and/or electronic health records data. Demonstrated understanding of clinical data standards •Programming/scripting skills and experience (e.g. Perl, Python, UNIX shell, Excel VBA, Pipeline Pilot, R , SAS etc.) |
