these days i‘m feeling a little under the weather，eventhough i try my best to do it well，my efforts never be paid off，i wonder about i persist in my dreams is advisable or not，there are so many barriers in my life，i always claiming that i can overcome it easily，at last i see it clearly that dreams are beautiful but life is so cruel。i don't know what to do？i so tired，i decide to sleep early today so that to calm myself down， to far away from nerves， hope all friends can achieve what they desire to。sweet dreams。。。。 [ Last edited by 紫陌洛城汐 on 2012-6-14 at 19:05 ] |

^_^welcome back! although you felt not so good, you have find solutions to calm down and determine to continue persuing your dreams. that's very good and i believe you will feel much better after sleep. in my opinion, there are also other ways to recover from stress. for example, you can find some books to read. much like talking with elders full of wisdoms, reading always helps me calming down. some interesting stories or thoughts also play the role of amusing readers. i think reading also will help you. in addition, taking excersize is an efficient way. we will be refreshed after doing sports. by the way, i happended to be also in the major of semiconductor materials and device. wish you good luck, my friend!
