ATR-FTIR 用到的mode

我论文里的一句话“The grafting reactions between starch and vinyl monomers were confirmed by using Attenuated total reflection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR). The FTIR spectra of pure starch, extracted MST and their corresponding homopolymers were recorded on the PerkinElmer FTIR spectrum 100S, equipped with Universal Diamond Crystal ATR accessory, in the transmittance mode over the range of 650-4000 cm-1 with a resolution of 4.0 cm-1.” 审稿人问 “Is it possible to use the transmittance mode in the measurements of ATR-FTIR?” 我用ATR-FTIR测样品，是不是就没有transmittance mode 了啊 改怎么改呢？把in the transmittance mode 删去 还是改为 in the reflection mode啊？ 我对这块不太懂 样品粉末就直接放到ATR-FTIR上测的 |
