| Do you have a sleep for a hour in the claasroom? Today I take a nap in the classroom at noon. What a terrible experience ! When I get awake, I have a headache untill the end of the day. moreover, I feel bored about everything all the time and still have a desire for sleeping. in view of physical fitness, why does this phenomenon happen ? And it is my actually feelings. but I do not intend to alarm you. |

| I seldom sleep in the noon, which would make me hard to get sleep at night. I am that kind of person sleeping less. Once I had the problem that I could not sleep at night. Consequently, I conquered this by quiting the noon snap and staying up late during night. It works indeed, but meanwhile it produces another problem for me. Sleeping too late at night makes me spiritless in the day, which leads to a low efficiency in the work. Besides, it does harm to my health that I go through a great hair loss and a bad memory performance. This is to say that to solve one problem, I get into a bad habit. |
