Father's Day


Father's Day is a special day for everyone.
This day is a celebration to honor our fathers all over the world.
Many countries celebrate it on the third Sunday of June but it is also celebrated widely on other days.
When it comes to the beginning of Father’s Day, there are different statements. Until in 1972, the third Sunday in June as Father's Day was made a permanent national holiday when President Richard Nixon signed it into law.




Father's Day is coming on 17, June.
I hope my dad knows how proud I am of him.
My father is a quiet man and he always put on a serious look.
We can’t play jokes with him as well as other children and their daddies.
It seemed so strange.
He took me to school by bike when I was a child, but there were not much talk with us during the way to school.
He might think I was too young to talk about something.
At that time, the school organized weekly open-air movies.
When the movie was end, it was already about 21:00.
In winter, it was so cold and dark. I still remember the scene he stood at the entrance of home to wait me because I was afraid of dark walking.
As I grow up, I understand him.
I know that is his own way to expression love to his daughters.
Without brilliant words, it is only a kind of strong love.
I wrote a diary to him on my page on RenRen the year before last.
He doesn’t know.
I sent him a postcard through the online activity of Renren last year.
My older sister said to me he was very very glad.
This year, the best wishes to him through Emuch.
Although it is difficult for me to say love you, I’m always your lovely daughter, dad.



Makes A Dad
God took the strength of a mountain, the majesty of a tree,
The warmth of a summer sun, the calm of a quiet sea,
The generous soul of nature, the comforting arm of night,
The wisdom of the ages, the power of the eagle's flight,
The joy of a morning in spring, the faith of a mustard seed,
The patience of eternity, the depth of a family needs,
Then God combined these qualities when there was nothing more to add,
He knew his masterpiece was complete,
And so, He called it ... Dad



It is a poem that I download from the web.
Give the best wishes to all the great father.
Please share the stories between you and your dad with us and say love to him.

I am a dad and a son. Last year, on the Father's Day, my daughter sent me a drawing by herself, this drawing was finished under the advice of her teacher in the kindgarten. In the drawing, there is a man with mustache.

My father sent a message to me yesterday, he was having an intravenous infusion these days, because he had a headache, perhaps this is a result of his long-time low blood pressure. I hope he will recover completely this time from this illness.

    Father's love always implicit style for most people. They always be solemn to their kids in my impression. But the depth of love from a father must be the same with which from a mother.

    As the one and only daughter of my father, I can feel my father's love very often though he never say love by his mouth. He often bought me beautiful clothes and delicious food which he hesitate to spend so much money on himself. He teached me many knowledge about English, maths and so on when I was a child. As a Math teacher in my high school, my father didn't teached my class. However, he helped me whenever I need, as a result, I always did good in my maths exam and the subject helped me a lot in my college entrance exam.

    So maybe I never say love to my dad because of my blush, but I really love him and appreciate him. He created me and brought me up to an adult with my mom, I will do my best to make them happy and keep my duty to them in my mind deeply.

    Father's Day is coming, we are in different city. But I will call him and tell him "Thank you, my dad! Miss you so much. I love you very much"! I'm sure he will be very glad to hear that from his daughter.

    Best wishes to fathers all over the world!

I am used to be a child when i am with my father even how mature i am getting along with others . Child , always a child . Father said : though you are the most famous person in the world , you are still a child in my eyes , you are my son . For many of us, I think the father's love are always silence. He did't have many talks with you, but when sth happend, the methods always was  father provided. I think father is the person who is always back up you when there are anything happened. But when we a children we always think that dad did't love us. Because he is always serious on his face, and did't smile for us anytime! My father in my memory is also a very accurate and strict man. Now though we have little talks, but when I have sth the fiist I will think of my father, he will always give some helpful methods to me. And I will know how to do the things correctly and quickly!
Though I dont say love to my father, but I know I will love him forever!
On this father's day I will call my father tell him that this day is father's day! I wish both father and mother all have a nice day!

Firstly, I want to say to my father, daddy, happy father’s day to you. You lovely girl wish you healthy and happy in daily life. You always pay a lot of on me and your son, my younger brother. You never mind that no matter how hard is was.

Secondly I want to introduce something about my father to you. As a farmer in the countryside, he has to spare no efforts to earn money by doing the farm work to offer mine and brothers’ school fee. He always bear heavy burden of our growth and education. He is so strict with us because he put great expect into us. He hopes that we can achieve great success to change farmer’s fate someday. So he would blame us when we got low scores and not behaving well in schools. I understood a piece of hard-heart of him when I left for GZ to complete my academic. Now I hadn’t lived up to your expectations, dad.

I will work hard in my life to achieve my goal and make effort to create a better life for you and my mother.

At last, I want to give the best wishes to the world’s father. Healthy, Happy and longevity.

Secondly, i want to share you something about my father. My father is a famer, he has to spare no efforts to make money to support my family, but he never complains, as he loves us. He always leaves the best food to my mom, my brother and me. In addition, he always praises us in front of others, while he never said that before us, it's weired, but i can understand. I think it's a common phenomenon in China, fathers are too shy to speak their love to their family.
Thirdly, I think not only on father's day that we show our love to our fathers, but also each day when they are alive. you know, life is so short and time waits for no man. So please cherish our fathers.

Seen this topic reminds me of the Father's Day. Actually, I have no idea of how to celebrate that day. If at the Mother's Day, I will have no hesitation to pick up the phone and call my mom. However, when it comes to Father's Day, it is not that easy. My father is not that kind of person to be easy get close to. I called my father for the Father's Day in the last few years, but his response was not what i had expected, a little serious with no happiness. Perhaps, it depended on the situation that he stayed. Thus, it was a little awkward to  get a response like that. Then after several times like this, I do not call him for the Father's Day any more.   After all this, what am I supposed to do at this Father's Day?

i should say love to my parents loundly. in mother's day for busing work and other extra affairs I even forgot do nothing for my mother, I will do something to my parents in this father day. tanks for mum and dad to bring me to this wonderful world. thank or them bring me up, give me the most support whenever i am in diffcult, give me the all which they can privde. i want to say I love you for ever mum and dad.

During all the years my dad always tends to be angry which makes me unhappy. When I was still in the primary school, the dinner time was just a political course until I went to the high school in the city. Every time when we had a phone contact , he was always talking so much which made me impatient. But when I look back it is just a form of care,  mybe we don't like it but actually we need it.

Though you may not excellent,not succcessful,you have a lot of shortcomings and people do not like you,there still someone love you so much,though sometimes you may ignore the love and care ,and make no response,there still someone love without a pause,yes,it is the love from father and mother.
