| 影响化合物在机体中分布的因素很多，主要有药物的脂溶性、毛细血管通透性、器官和组织的血流量、与血浆蛋白和组织蛋白的结合率等。暴露期结束时，肺脏中AHTN含量最高，尤其是中、高剂量的AHTN暴露后，肺脏中AHTN的含量远远高于其它组织，表明肺脏是AHTN在体内的主要蓄积器官。至于AHTN为什么会在肺中有较高分布，是否是由于肺脏中的血流量大、AHTN能否与肺细胞表面的某些特异性受体结合以及会带来哪些影响，还需要作进一步的研究。肝脏和肾脏中有较高的AHTN分布，提示AHTN有可能通过肾脏和肝脏的排泄作用而被清除出体外。心脏中检测到较高浓度的AHTN，主要是由于心脏的血流量大的缘故。脑组织中AHTN的含量高于血液中AHTN的含量，表明AHTN能穿过血脑屏障，进而在脑组织中蓄积，这可能是因为AHTN的分子量相对较小，脂溶性高引起的。此外，尽管睾丸的血流量要低于其它组织，但是由于睾丸中脂肪含量相对较高，其对脂溶性较强的AHTN也有一定的蓄积能力。 |
