工作职责 1. Preparation of processes for new production builds. 2. Support SMT area in production for equipment and process issues. 3. Specify new equipment and be responsible for working with machine supplier, from specification to released equipment. 4. Process control management, Process-FMEA, Capability studies, SPC… 5. Identify and run improvements projects within the area. 6. Improvements such as quality and efficiency. Continuous improvements. 7. Be technical support to R&D for design/process issues 我们的客户是世界排名前列的汽车电子公司。因业务发展需要，现招聘SMT专家一名。如果您具备至少3年SMT电子领域经验，对焊接有较深入的研究，良好的英文沟通能力。 职位要求： 1. Engineering degree. 2. Minium 3 years experience within the electronic production in SMT area. 3. Experience in Selective soldering and AOI· Experience in automotive production and quality systems, Safety preferred. 4. Ability to achieve objectives with little direct support. 5. Technical skills required: · Strong technical skills in soldering · Quality mentality for reaching 0ppm 6. Good interpersonal skills, able to work with many levels of the organization 7. Skills in relationship and management / leadership required: 8. Good management skills, able to run projects and work with suppliers |
