Animals and Surgical Procedures试验动物和手术规程
Male apoE–/– mice (Jackson Laboratories, Bar Harbor, ME) aged 6 weeks were used in this study. 本研究采用雄性6月龄apoE–/– 小鼠。ApoE–/– mice were fed a high fat diet (21% fat, 0.15% cholesterol, Harlan Teklad) for at least 6 weeks prior to enrollment in the study. 小鼠在入组研究前至少给予6周以上高脂饲喂。Animals were handled according to protocols approved by the University of Michigan Committee on Use and Care of Animals and cared for according to standards in the Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals. 动物处置按照米奇根大学实验动物使用和关怀委员会依据实验动物使用和关怀指南标准批准的条款执行。Mice were anesthetized with an intraperitoneal injection of a mixture of ketamine 80 mg/kg and xylazine 5 mg/kg prior to all surgical procedures. 试验小鼠在所有手术前均以腹腔注射氯胺酮和甲苯噻嗪实施麻醉。
