录了一篇Nuclear Engineering and Design，填表时有这一项，一般大家都选“yes"还是”No“？ This journal offers authors the option of sponsoring their article and making it available to non-subscribers on Elsevier's electronic publishing platforms. The charge for exercising this option is $3000 (excl. tax). If you wish to choose this option you should complete and submit the following information.
