大家帮我看看这个图怎么描述比较好（用英语），郁闷了不知该怎么表达了，是fas基因在两个品种中不同体重的表达情况，谢谢啊 我最开始的表述是：The level of H-FABP mRNA expression in LD exhibited a statistically significant increase (P<0.05), starting with 40 kg BW in Laiwu Black pig while 60 kg in Lulai Black pig, and after that BW the gene attained a higher expression level than before in each breed. The expression of H-FABP mRNA in LD muscle reached a peak at 50kg and 70kg of BW in Laiwu and Lulai Black pig, respectively, and then kept constant in both breeds. In addition, a significantly (P<0.05) greater level of expression of the H-FABP gene was noted in LD of Laiwu than Lulai Black pig.。  [ Last edited by meimeichen on 2012-6-6 at 15:22 ] |

首先先给出那几组比较有显著性差异比较好。不然不知道结果的人很难准确描述。 根据你给的信息： The H-FABP mRNA expression increased significantly in LD from BW of 40kg in Laiwu black big and 60kg in Lulai black pig respectively and the gene expression was higher than before in each breed from this BW onward.The expression of H-FABP mRNA in LD muscle reached a peak at 50kg in Laiwu black big and 70kg in Lulai Black pig and expressed constantly high in both breeds. In addition, gene expression of H-FARP was significantly high in LD of laiwu black pig in contrast with Lulai black pig in diferent BW. 希望能帮到你. |
