应用大豆中黄13和中品03-5373号杂交得到的F11代重组自交系(RILs)群体(289个家系),,在大豆发育的过程中调查群体内各家系株高的生长变化,研究株高相对生长速率,初步探明大豆株高动态的发育规律,为大豆株型的形态学建成研究提供理论依据。结果表明:(1)、群体株高的变幅为44-130cm,说明样本群体株高的差异较大,是研究大豆株高动态发育的理想材料;(2)、株高的生长随着生育时期的推进,家系间的差异逐渐增加。(3)、群体营养生长阶段的相对生长速率比生殖生长阶段的相对生长速率要大的多,当群体处于花期或荚期,株高生长基本停止。

Application in soybean yellow 13 and the product number 03-5373 hybridization, the F11 generation of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) population (289 families), to survey the various Department of height growth changes within the group, in the process of soybean development, researchplant height, relative growth rate, initial proven soybean plant height of the dynamic development of the law, the completion of the study provide a theoretical basis for the morphology of the soybean plant type. The results showed that: (1), groups of plant height ranged from 44-130cm, plant height differences of sample groups, is an ideal material of the soybean plant height that the dynamic development; (2), plant height growth with the fertility the advance of the period, the difference between the family gradually increased. (3), relative growth rate of vegetative growth stage in the group of relative growth rate than the reproductive growth stage to large groups in the flowering or pod of height growth essentially stopped.
