干旱胁迫对水稻幼苗脯氨酸含量的影响 在实验室沙培条件下,分别测定了水稻品种金优117幼苗在停止浇水后第四天、第五天、第六天、第七天和第八天幼苗中脯氨酸的含量。经实验表明,实验组在干旱处理的五天内,水稻幼苗内的脯氨酸含量有所上升,在第6天时,脯氨酸含量快速增加,随后增速减慢,趋于稳定。而对照组正常条件下水稻幼苗内的脯氨酸含量较低且无明显变化。由此可见,干旱胁迫下脯氨酸含量累积是水稻适应干旱条件的一种生理反应。 关键词:干旱胁迫;水稻;脯氨酸 时间紧迫,谢谢大家了~~ [ Last edited by 唐君丽 on 2012-6-5 at 21:21 ] |

Effect of Drought Stress on proline content of rice seedlings The proline contents of rice seedlings of Jinyou 117 were measured at 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 days after stopping watering under laboratory sand culture conditions. The results showed that the proline contents of rice seedlings increased after drought stress and reached their peaks at six days, and their growth rates subsequently slowed down and became stabile gradually. Whereas, without drought stress, the proline contents of rice seedlings were at low level and changed insignificantly throughout the observed time. Therefore, the accumulation of proline of rice seedlings under drought stress may be a physiological response to adaptation of drought condition. 【Key words】 Drought Stress; Rice; Proline |

| Drought effects of stress on PROLINE content in rice seedlingUnder conditions of sand cultured in the laboratory, determination of jinyou 117 stop watering the seedlings of rice varieties on the fourth day, fifth day, sixth day, seventh day, eighth day PROLINE content in seedlings. Experiments show that within five days of the experimental groups in dry processing, PROLINE content in rice seedling has increased, the 6th day, rapid increase of PROLINE content, then growth slows down, to stabilize. And control groups in rice seedlings under normal conditions of low PROLINE content and no noticeable changes.
