翻译下文： “这一过程需要注意以下事项： 1、第一次将支链淀粉-三（苯基氨基甲酸酯）的四氢呋喃溶液加入氨丙基硅胶中要呈稀粥状，磁搅拌子刚好能够自由转动，一次加入过多会导致涂敷不均匀，待溶剂挥发磁搅拌子不能匀速搅拌后，再次加入支链淀粉-三（苯基氨基甲酸酯）的四氢呋喃溶液使氨基硅胶呈稀粥状。这样连续几次，直到溶液加完。 2、溶液加完后，待溶剂挥发致使磁搅拌子不能搅拌时，用药勺进行手工挤压（动作要快，连续挤压，否则结块），直到溶剂完全挥发干，涂敷好的固定相呈原始硅胶的均匀细滑感，如果颗粒大小不一或有沙粒感要进行重新涂敷。 3、重新涂敷首先用异丙醇进行悬浮，将上浮的细小颗粒（合格）转移至另一烧杯中，剩下的颗粒物进行适当的加热（不可过热，保持搅拌），目的是挥发所含的异丙醇溶剂，待到溶剂没有完全挥发，还有一定的潮湿感，加入少量四氢呋喃，呈现粘稠状便可，再进行人工挤压，直到固定相颗粒都分散开。加入异丙醇重新悬浮，将合格品吸出，转移合并到烧杯中。” 支链淀粉-三（苯基氨基甲酸酯） 直接用 ATPC表示 |
