本次设计的任务是6万吨隔膜法制烧碱中氢气处理工序的初步设计。本次设计的主要意义在于,通过主要设备的工艺设计,工艺计算以及辅助设备选型和计算,找出一种最有效的处理氢气的方法,提高烧碱的产率,从而最大限度的利用氢气合成其他产品或者作为一种能源使用。 在本次设计中,首先对氢气做了物料衡算和热量衡算,并分别选取了一定的计算基准,以方便计算,由于从电解槽出来的氢气,含有饱和水蒸气同时还带有盐和碱的雾沫,所以在生产过程中先进行冷却和洗涤,冷却后的氢气经氢气压缩机压缩到一定压力后经氢气分配站送到氢气柜及用氢部门。因此本次设计应用到了换热器和冷却塔。其选型分别参照了《换热器设计》和《塔设备设计》。 关键词:氢气处理 工艺设计 工艺计算 设备选型 The design task is the preliminary design of the hydrogen treatment process 60,000 tons diaphragm legal caustic.
