由于红景天苷属于氧苷,不稳定易水解,本论文基于C-糖苷比O-糖苷更稳定,生物活性更高,希望设计合成得到结构新颖,活性较好的先导化合物。
Oxygen glycosides salidroside is unstable and easy hydrolysis of this thesis is based on the C-glucoside is more stable than the O-glycoside, higher biological activity, the design and synthesis of novel structure, good, active lead compounds.

Since rhodioside is an O-glycoside which is unstable and easily hydrolyzable, the research in this paper uses C-glycoside which is more stable than O-glycosides and with higher biological activity, in hope of synthesizing a lead compound of new structure and with higher activity.

Rhodioside is a kind of  hydrolyzable O-glycoside with poor stability. Based on the better stability of  C-glycosides than O-glycosides, we are expecting to design and synthesize a lead compound with novel structure and higher biological activities.
