In the beginning of this summer ,I decided to study swimming .Last weekend I bought swim-suits,goggles for swimming. This thursday ,several schoolfellows and I went to our college's swimming pool which is openair .It's my first time to adapt my body to the water (except take bath). Of course ,I do not do well because I was nervous and the water was cold . Today , a junior and I went to a interior swimming pool .After five hours studying ,I learned how to hold breath ,how to finish a complete action even though I can't do these perfect. But I still can't come up for breath , it's hard to me .I need more practise. Fighting!!!  |

| swim more times,you will do well, i guess you must be a girl. swimming is not only make ourself heathy but also modulate your figure. which is a good sport. though i still only stay hold breath,not a real means swim. |
