The things made you unhappy today is that your advisor who directs your graduation thesis gave the score of "good" which is beyond you expected"best".  Do not pay more attention on the score itself. Actually, after the process of trainning in the graduation thesis, you must learn a lot from your advisor, your co-operators. In my opinion, the process is more important than the final result.

More than 20 years have passed after I entered college. Last time, at the gathering of our classmates, I remembered my then student ID number is 906003. But this can not be affirmed by anyone, they all forgot!

there is always sth unexpected in life. you missed a well-paid job but you obtained the chance to be graded by your advisor, to which you experienced a lot and learned a lot. as an old saying, not cry for missing the sunset otherwise you will miss the moon.

Can't agree with you any more.Giving up the well-paid job but changed abundant exprrience.This wealthy of the experience brought to me is far more valuable than the money.So a man will not always lose.Because losing and getting is always connect together.
