这只是其中一部分： 在半导体光催化剂中，TiO2 作为半导体光催化材料因具有光催化活性高、稳定性好、对人体无毒性等优点而受到了重点关注和深入研究。但由于TiO2带隙较宽，只能被400nm以下紫外光激发，即利用太阳光中的紫外线部分，不能充分利用太阳能,且光催化反应效率不高，这使TiO2光催化剂难以大规模推广应用。近些年研究者为了克服这些缺点、延伸TiO2在可见光区的响应、提高光催化反应效率做了很多TiO2的改性研究。 本文以N、Fe共掺杂的方法对其进行改性研究。以钛酸四丁酯做钛源、Fe(NO3)3•9H2O做铁源、尿素做氮源，采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了铁、氮共掺杂纳米TiO2光催化剂。通过原料配比、煅烧温度等来考察纳米TiO2的晶型组成、粒径大小对催化活性的影响。 |
