关于Fresenius Environmental Bulletin 投稿问题

投稿一个多月收到编辑的来信 是不是就是拒稿的意思啊 说的太委婉了吧 Thank you for your patience while your manuscript 。。。。。。 (F-2012-316) went through our review process. Based on the results of peer review, I unfortunately have to inform you that Fresenius Environmental Bulletin cannot accept the paper for publication in its present form. 还附上了审稿意见 最后Although you are no doubt disappointed with our decision to decline publication, we appreciated the opportunity to consider this paper and thank you for submitting your research results to Fresenius Environmental Bulletin. 这就是拒稿的意思吗？ |
