谁能帮我分析一下酒店的Cancellation Policy

我不清楚在5月21日之前预订，并取消是否需要付费。我的理解是如果在5月21日之间预订并取消，预订费就拿不回来了，但是没有额外的惩罚。而在5月21日之后取消会加收一天到二天的房费作为惩罚。 但我问美国组织这个项目的工作人员他们说： There is no cancellation before May 21. There is a one night cancellation between May 21 and June 5. There is a two night cancellation from June 6 onwards. Please refer to the hotel reservation form. 根据这句“Cancellation of reservations after May 21, 2007 and fourteen days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee of two (2) nights’ room charge. Individual cancellations within 14 days and any no shows will be assessed a three (3) night’s room charge.” 2007年5月21日后以及入住前14天取消预定将收取2晚租金作为取消费。 14天内取消预定或者入住当天没有出现则收取3晚租金作为取消费。 显然在5月21前取消的话，后果仅仅是定金不能收回。接下来一段时间内取消的话，不仅定金没有，还得再交1晚租金。最惨的当然是到最后另交2晚租金。 不知道我的理解是否能帮助你。 |
