Job Summary: Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible to provide consultancy services to internal and external customers, helping them to increase the reliability and availability of the plants and equipments. Major Responsibilities: • Providing consultancy services to both internal and external customers in order to enable them to ensure the reliability and availability of their assets and equipment with minimized efforts by preparing, managing, and moderating FMEA or RCM studies in a team with technical employees of the customers. • Providing consultancy service to internal and external customers in order to enable them to set up and optimize suitable maintenance strategies (e.g. condition monitoring) derived from the results and recommendations of the performed studies. Evaluation / Performance Indicators: - Ability to manage, organize, and conduct FMEA and RCM studies together with technical employees of the customer independently and efficiently - Ability to work in a team, willing to share knowledge and experience with team members - Ability to utilize, maintain, and extend the own knowledge about maintenance strategy development and implementation Capability and Competence • Bachelor degree or above, major in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering• Minimum 5 years working experience within the chemical, petrochemical, or Oil & Gas industry, at least 3 years experience as reliability engineer required.• Experience with RCM or FMEA, at least as a participant / team member, is required. Own experience as a moderator of RCM or FMEA studies is preferable. • Experience with Condition Monitoring and Root Cause Analysis is preferable. • Willing to be transferred to any country outside of China to join international project teams • Good communication skills • Effective self-organization and time management • Knowledge of foreign languages (Employee’s self evaluation) 如有兴趣的可以发简历至yolanda_ywj@163.com（应届生勿投！） |
