| I want to know what is our measure for reducing the loss if there is a seriously unpredictable natural disaster? A series of measures at different levels, from government to individual citizen, should be developed. And some drills as the important part of measures should be frequently carried out in all schools, unities, communities and factories. Some booklets, broadcasting programme and activities related to the warning are needed as well. |
