Of note, the earliest CDS during the reporting period was used for analysis of safety topics, whereas the CDS in effect at the time an individual case was processed was used to determine listedness as stated on the line listings. 1.分析： （1）句子结构：该句为复合从句：主语（CDS）+谓语（was used /被动句式），从句为（whereas+从句）。这样分析，就一目了然，好翻译了。 （2）关键词汇：Of note意思“在所有值得关注的事物中”；in effect 意思为“实际上，其实”； at the time an individual case was processed一句中“ an individual case was processed” 修饰“the time ”；listedness现有词典几乎没有该词的翻译，但英文搜索网站还是提供了其大致意思，这是yahoo里的解释原文“English term or phrase: listedness.To fulfil the regulatory requirements for expedited safety reporting, the sponsor evaluates whether a particular adverse event is "listed", i.e. is a known side effect of the drug or not. Therefore a unique reference document for the evaluation of listedness needs to be provided. ”这是关于药物不良反应的解释用词，可以看出listedness意思是“已知的事物、已知性、已明确的事物，明确性”等；as stated为习惯短语“as stated 如上所述”。 2.翻译要点： 由于这句是很长的句子，还有从句，中文可以分开翻译。 3.翻译结果： 值得注意的是：在报告周期内，最早的核心数据表被用来分析安全主题；而在处理个别事件时，核心数据表实际上被用来判断是否为上表所述的，是已明确的。 谢谢大家！请支持！ |
