看文献上计算SiO2声子谱，提到parabolic behavior is apparent below 0.01eV，without any adjustment to the density of states,a sharp peak is clearly evident at the incident energy,a parabolic adjustment extending to 5meV is observed to eliminate this peak almost completely without affecting the remainder of the distribution  |
