求摘要英文翻译及适合发表核心期刊

以白色棉陇棉2号为对照，对绿色棉陇绿棉3号，棕色棉BC05进行田间卡那霉素(Kan)叶片涂抹筛选转基因植株梯度试验，比较了两个彩色棉品种田间筛选表现（图）、筛选浓度及适宜观察时间，并对筛选的抗性植株进行了PCR检测验证。结果表明：两个彩色棉品种在田间筛选表现、筛选浓度及适宜观察时间上均有差异，与对照相比，陇绿棉3号田间表现最不明显，Kan筛选浓度为3.0～7.0 g•L-1，观察时间为5～16 d ；BC05田间表现较为明显，Kan筛选浓度为3.0～7.0 g•L-1，观察时间为4～15 d，经PCR检测验证，两个彩色棉品种Kan阳性植株筛选准确率达96.1 %，本次试验研究，初步探索了Kan叶片涂抹筛选法在转基因彩色棉植株筛选上的应用，对转基因彩色棉的选育有参考价值。 我写作少，这篇内容我想发 分子植物育种 ，不知道如何 |
