[求助] 跪求翻译一篇

香叶木素广泛存在于植物中,可以直接从植物中提取出来,主要植物来源有:白刺花、蒙古山萝卜、绒毛丹参、药用蒲公英等。香叶木素是一种抑制人CYP1A酶活力的天然黄酮类化合物,具有抗氧化、抗感染、抗休克等药理作用,具有抗诱变和抗变应性等特性。香叶木素也可用于功能性食品、化妆品和未来药物。现未有文献对香叶木素在降糖及抑制心血管疾病方面进行报道,本论文通过对香叶木素活性羟基的改性,合成了两种有机硝酸酯类化合物,利用硅胶柱色谱进行产品纯化,利用核磁共振进行结构分析及验证,并将在以后的药理研究中进行药理活性测试。

Diosmetin, found widely in plants, can be extracted directly from plants such as sophora davidii, Mongolia chervil, villi salvia, dandelion. It is a natural flavonoid that can inhibit the activity of CYP1A enzyme in human. It has many pharmacological effects such as antioxidant, anti-infective, anti-shock, anti-mutagenic and anti-allergic. It is also used for functional food, cosmetic and medicine. However, it is unknown that whether the diosmetin has beneficial effects on hypoglycemic and cardiovascular disease. In this paper, we reported two organic nitrates compounds synthesized by modifying the reactive hydroxyl of diosmetin. The purification was then performed by silica gel column chromatography and nuclear magnetic resonance was used to analyze and verify their structures. Next we will test their pharmacological activities.
