一概述
1．产品简介
   系列角向磨光机由汽油机驱动，用一级螺旋圆锥齿轮减速转动，使用砂轮为增强树脂砂轮，安全线速度为80米/秒。本汽动工具适用于机械、交通、化工、建筑、冶金、造船、电力等部门，作为金属零部件的表面清理、去毛刺、焊缝开坡与磨砂,薄壁管材料和小型钢材的切割等等。对其它砂轮工具无法加工的大型、复杂的零部件更能显示出本机的优越性。更换适当的工作头后,本汽动工具还可以用其它材料的去锈、抛光等。特别是在特殊环境下诸如缺电，野外作业少不了它，是一种新型的汽动工具。
2．操作说明
使用提示
1．使用前要仔细检查砂轮片有无裂缝、裂口。
2．在正式使用之前，需检查砂轮片旋转方向应与减速齿轮箱头部护罩上标识的箭头方向一致。
3．在使用角磨机时，先启动工具后才接触工件；在结束作业时，先离开工件后才关闭工具。
4．在操作过程中，应双手施压用力均匀，用力不可过大；移动缓慢平稳。使用角磨机时要用双手握持，严禁单手操作。
5．打磨工件时，砂轮平面与工件表面形成15-30度角度。
6．操作时最好带好防护眼镜。
7．角磨机砂轮片的旋转方向不得朝向身体，正确戴好防护眼镜或面屏；角磨机砂轮片的有效半径磨损到原半径的三分之一时必须更换。
保养与维修。
警告：在对工具进行任何的调节和保养操作之前，在任何时候都务必确保工具已关闭。
妥善保管工具、说明书、以及各配件，以便随时可以查阅、使用。
