[求助] 魁北克CAQ

各位XDJM，不知道大家有没有在魁北克做博士后的呢。申请加拿大工签，需要准备的材料里有一项“如在魁北克省工作，请递交有效的魁北克省接收函(CAQ)”，请问大家是怎么准备的啊。我看太傻上有人说申请工签是不需要CAQ的，但是那是好几年前的帖子了，不知道现在政策有没有变。所以想问问最近去魁北克做博后的，这个CAQ是必须的吗？谢谢啊

Summary
查了一些相关资料，博后应该是不需要CAQ，我的offer中包含letter of invitation和confirmation letter。confirmation letter应该就是下文中的positive labour market opinion吧，所以我应该不需要CAQ。
接下来，要跟签证中心进行确认，同学建议问大使馆管签证的，也打算问一下。

 As a postdoctoral scholar, please note that you will not need a Certificate of Acceptance in the Province of Quebec/Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ). Consequently, the HRSDC process (file number provided by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada to locate a labour market opinion) is not applicable to postdoctoral scholars/fellows because they are registered on the McGill University student registration system as advanced research trainees/full-time students in a non degree program.

2. Obtain an application package.
The package includes the application guide and all the forms you need to fill out. Download and print the application package.
Before you fill out the application, you will need:
 a written job offer from your employer
 proof that you meet the requirements of the job (for example, proof of certain education or work experience) and
 the positive labour market opinion on your job offer from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada (HRSDC), if one is required. If you are applying for a work permit for a job that requires a Labour Market Opinion (LMO), you must now include the valid LMO with your application. We are no longer accepting work permit applications without valid LMOs.
If you need an HRSDC opinion, it is up to your employer to get it and send it to you. For more information about HRSDC opinions, see Frequently asked questions.
Remember, even if HRSDC has given a positive labour market opinion, there is no guarantee that you will get a work permit.

Some jobs do not require an HRSDC opinion. For more information on those jobs, see Eligibility to Apply.
For these jobs you will require:
 proof of identity in the form of a valid passport or travel document that guarantees that you will be able to return to the country where it was issued and
 if you are not a citizen of the country in which you are applying, you must also provide proof of your present immigration status in that country.
After your employer gets confirmation that you can be offered a job, the employer will send you the labour market opinion confirmation letter. You must submit the detailed job offer with the application.
