临床研究监查员/CRA/SCRAclinical research associate
|
工作职责 1，按照方案、GCP和SOP，启动、监查和关闭临床试验； 2，管理研究中心； 3，和研究中心保持良好有效的沟通； 4，及时正确地报告所有不良事件； 5，组织召开临床试验会议； 6，培训研究中心人员； 职位要求： 1，医药相关专业本科及以上； 2，至少1年临床试验相关经验； 3，良好的英语和计算机水平； 4，良好的沟通能力和问题处理能力； 5，良好的团队合作精神； Responsibility: -To initiate, monitor and close clinical trials in compliance with study protocol, GCP & SOPs. -To help managing & resolving study related issues at sites. -To develop and maintain good and effective communication with clinical research staff. -To report all Adverse Events timely and properly. -To organize investigator meetings. -To provide on-site training.
