Responsibilities: The Scientist for mechanical engineering shall be responsible for the research of new technology concepts for the whole system of home healthcare devices. Requirements: Technical: • MSc above Mechanical Engineering • 5 years minimum experience in working on mechanical design • Proven capability to create and manufacture devices. • Demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: Fluid/pneumatic flow, forces, material properties and basic physics Other: • Demonstrated authorship skills, with a publication history in peer-reviewed journals • Demonstrates passion to explore and create new things • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English and Chinese languages • Works well as part of a team • Works independently, with minimal supervision Interested candidates please send your resume to Emily Qian at Emily.QIAN@philips.com, and specify the position you would like to apply for and where you see it advertised.
