摘要：机动车数量的不断增加导致了机动车交通事故发生的频率也逐渐上升，交通事故造成的损失令人触目惊心。机动车交通事故责任强制保险是为了弥补机动车肇事带来的巨大损害，保障受害第三人的合法权益，同时基于公共政策的需要而出现的一种责任保险，它以法律法规的形式强制推行，对受害人损失的赔偿、维护社会秩序起着重要的作用。本文结合《机动车交通事故责任强制险条例》和《侵权责任法》的相关规定，对机动车交强险的赔偿原则、赔偿范围、免责事由等作了一些浅显的探讨，并提出一些问题及其解决方法。 关键词：机动车交通事故 受害第三人 赔偿原则 免责范围 论文题目：机动车交通事故责任强制险赔偿问题的探讨 |

Discussions on Compensation Issues Related to the Compulsory Traffic Accident Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicles 【Abstract】 The rate of motor vehicle accidents significantly increased as the number of motor vehicles increased, which caused tremendous loss to the victims. The compulsory traffic accident liability insurance, a liability insurance based on public policy needs, is to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the third-party victim and to make up for the great damage resulted from the motor vehicle accident. Mandatorily enforced in the form of laws and regulations, it plays an important role in compensation for the loss of the victim and maintenance of social order. Referred to Regulation on Compulsory Traffic Accident Liability Insurance for Motor Vehicles and Tort Liability Law, we discussed the compensation principle, compensation range and exemption excuses related to the compulsory traffic accident liability insurance for motor vehicles, and posed some issues and their solutions in this paper. 【Key words】 Motor vehicle traffic accident; Third-party victim; Compensation principle; Exemption range |
