[交流] 了解香江学者计划的请进已有19人参与

学校人事处通知本人入围初选名单，让我与香港导师联系。本人咨询了部分细节，不知道你是否了解：

1. 香港工资是12500港币，约合10000人民币
  (目前，在内地攻读博士学位、在香港做Research Assistant（小RA）工资在15000港币左右；而取得了博士学位在香港做Research Associate（大RA）的工资在18000港币左右）
  工资水平相较于加拿大、日本、美国、欧洲的博士后，都要低很多。
  2. 内地承诺的两年30万的工资，一部分是以博士后特别资助的形式拨款的（去年是10万，今年是15万），剩余部分才是以工资形式发放。
  3. 对于在站博士后人员而言，大部分都没有副高级职称，如果入选了这个计划，又没有取得副高级职称，或者来年单位给评职称，结果会是怎样，可想而知。
  4. 今年是“香江学者”评审的第二届，个人认为这个名头认可度不高。

  考虑自身情况，准备放弃。

PIs should pay attention to the following matters related to the selection process:

1. HKPIs must reconfirm that the research project has enough funding to pay the salary of the post-doctoral fellow (the awarded Hong Kong Scholar) for his/her two years’ employment in Hong Kong. Once the matching is successful and be recognized by your institution, PI must submit the confirmation form (refer to Appendix 2) to BHKAEC on or before 30 June 2012;

2. Each HKPI can only select one candidate;

3. The Academic Committee of the Program will conduct the final assessment meeting in early July, and the final result is expected to be announced on 1 August 2012;

4. HKPI who has successfully employed the "2012 Hong Kong Scholars" cannot apply in coming year, i.e. one year suspension.
