[交流] Hiking

Do you have a hiking experience?
This is my first time hiking. Exploring the Zuni-Acoma Trail.
The Zuni-Acoma Trail traverses 7.5 miles of rugged lava flows and this hike may take six to seven hours one way.  So we need to carry plentyof water, wear studrdy hiking shoes, pack a snack and a first aid kit.

We set out at 7:30 am and spent 1.5 hours on the way. The guide lead us for about 1 miles and teach how to find our ways. Then we start by ourselves.  We are a group of 13 peoples and the team leader is John. The weather was breezy and the temperature is not very high. It is very good day for hiking.  Along the way, there are many Yello Pines, kinds of cactus and kinds of grasses that I can tell the names. So we had to very carefully for our feet. Though the road is rugged, everyone felt happy and didn't get hurt. It spent us about 7 hours and everyone had a memorable experience.

We expect to next hiking.

thank u for your fantastic hiking experience. hiking together with a team must be enjoyable and exciting. on the road, people can share food and stories and it is more interesting. especially, difficulties will be much easier to be solved with group wisdom.
i am also a long walking fan and love to enjoy beautiful scenes from top of mountains and by the road. it's a pity that weather these days are not so good. as it has rained for almost a month, roads acrossing mountains are slip and dangerous. i'm expecting sunny days and wonderful hikings.

Fabulous! You experienced a time of hiking in Zuni-Acoma Trail. Although the place is far away from the site I am, I expect to have the optunity to be there some day and have a hiking there. I fell it is a pity that you did not upload some pictures you took during the hiking. Anyway, you shared your first experice of hiking, and trsanfered your excitement just after your first hiking. At this moment, I want know if you plan to continue this activity every week. Do you have the fundmental conditions to do that, for example, the time you can govern, the proper living place which is close to some senic sites, the group with enough people to go tegether so as to help each other in the course of hiking? I donot think this is the last time for you to do hiking, and I belive it is the beginning of your  hiking. You will take a hiking in other places of world if the weather and natural view are good for that activity.
