With the social progress and the improvement of living standards of the people , the increasingly high demand for fabric appearance and wearing comfort , functional finishing of the fabric is especially important . After dyeing , finishing functional additives used not only for the fabric to have a good finishing results , such as solid color , crease-resistant , washable , anti-static , anti- UV ; and requirements of non-toxic , pollution to the environment . So seeking a high-performance and environmentally friendly fabric functional additives is always a hot research topic of the dyeing and finishing industry .
      The main content of this thesis : (1) different isophorone diisocyanate , polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol , dimethylol propionic acid , triethylamine , bisulfite sodium as the main raw material for synthesis of a series of water-based polyurethane functional additives and characterization of its associated molecular structure; (2) of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride and N , N - dimethyl- allyl change benzoyl benzyl ammonium bromide , water-based polyurethane synthesis of two modified waterborne polyurethane functional additives and characterization of its molecular structure ; (3) the synthesis of a series of waterborne polyurethane functional additives used in fixing functions of different reactive dyes dyeing fabric finishing and test its related results.
     The results show that : (1) the synthesis of a series of waterborne polyurethane functional additives does not contain formaldehyde , determine the conditions of synthesis of stable water-based polyurethane emulsion : the DMPA was 4% and a temperature of 40 ° C , and of 100 % ; R value of 1.6-2.0 between appearance and good stability of the emulsion .
(2) functional additives based on the synthesis of water-based polyurethane fabric finishing effect to determine the optimal synthesis conditions : R = 2.0 , 6.5% , the amount of capping agent , epichlorohydrin amount of 5.5 % , PH = 6.
(3) the influence of process parameters according to the application of functional additives of water-based polyurethane fabric finishing effect to determine the best finishing process : the amount of functional additives 4% , the baking temperature of 140 ° C , the baking time for 1.5min , finishing solution temperature is 50 ° C for 30 min , rolled I was 100% .
(4) synthesis of dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride , water-based polyurethane was modified to determine the appropriate synthesis conditions : n (monomer 1 ): n (monomer ) = 1:2 , initiator NBS the amount of 1% , and to determine its optimum fabric finishing process : the functional additive is 3% , the baking temperature of 130 ° C , finishing the pH 6 , finishing liquid temperature of 50 ° C , the time is 30 min .
(5) the synthesis of N , N - dimethyl- allyl benzoyl benzyl ammonium bromide , water-based polyurethane was modified to determine the appropriate synthesis conditions : n ( monomer 1) : n ( monomer 2) = 1:2 , initiator NBS dosage of 1% . And to determine the optimum fabric finishing process : the amount of functional additives 3.5% , the baking temperature of 140 ° C , finishing of pH 6, finishing the liquid temperature is 50 ℃, time is 30 min .
The results show that different reactive dyeing of fabrics , the synthesis of functional additives have good finishing results , and N , N - dimethyl- allyl benzoyl benzyl bromide quaternary ammonium change sexual waterborne polyurethane functional additives has good UV-absorbing function .
