随着固体科学和技术的发展，晶体中极化子的性质一直受到人们的广泛关注和积极研究过去几十年，许多学者用各种理论方法研究了低温极限下的极化子的性质。但这些都是在低温极限下进行的，近年来，人们纷纷研究有限温度下的极化子性质。但是，对有限温度下极性晶体中，电子周围的光学声子的平均粒子数的研究却很少。而量子点的研究已经成为凝聚态物理的一大主题，量子点系统在三维空间都受到了限制的时候，会呈现原子的特性。当其受到强限制，量子点的能谱完全量子化，其表现出来的奇特的电子行为无论对理论研究还是实验器件都有深远的意义。 本文应用线性算符和么正变换的方法，通过么正变换，对量子点强耦合极化子的基态能量和电子周围光学声子平均数及有限温度下，极性晶体中强、弱耦合电子周围光学声子的平均数进行理论研究和数值讨论。结果表明，量子点中强耦合极化子束缚能和光学声子平均数随有效束缚强度增大而减小，且随耦合强度的增大而增大。 而在有限温度下，导出了有限温度下,极性晶体中强、弱耦合电子周围光学声子的平均数。 |

With the development of solid science and technology, the nature of the polaron in the crystal has been subject to widespread concern and active research over the past few decades, many scholars studied with a variety of theoretical approaches the low temperature limit the nature of the polaron. Quantum dots has become a major theme in condensed matter physics, quantum dot system in the three-dimensional space by the restrictions, will present the characteristics of atoms. By its strong restrictions on the energy spectra of quantum dots are fully quantized, its shown peculiar electronic behavior has far-reaching implications for both theoretical research and experimental devices. In this paper, the linear operator and unitary transformation method, through the unitary transformation on quantum dots strongly coupled polaron ground state energy and electronic optical phonons around the average and finite temperature, the polarity of the crystal strong and weak coupling the electronic optical phonons around the average number of theoretical studies and numerical discussion. The results show that the quantum dots in the strong coupling polaron bound and optical phonon average with the effective bound strength decreases, and increasing with increasing coupling strength.
