随着科学技术的发展与社会的进步,荧光比率技术已经成为荧光分析法中最重要的一项技术。荧光比率技术就是在荧光探针的两个选择性波长下,对其与反应物反应后的荧光强度比率进行测定,同普通的荧光探针相比,该技术最明显的优势在于可消除探针、样品及设备等因素引起的数据失真,同时利用该方法可以评价被分析物的浓度以及校正探针对环境进行检测时所带来的误差。因此,荧光比率探针得到了极大地发展。

With the development of science and technology and social progress, the fluorescence ratio technology has become one of the most important techniques in fluorescence analysis. This technique is to measure the ratio of the fluorescence intensity, which is from the reaction between reactants and fluorescent probes in the two selective wavelengths of the fluorescent probes. Compared with the common fluorescent probes, the most obvious advantage of this technology is that it can eliminate the data distortion caused by the probes, samples, equipments and other factors. Meanwhile this method can evaluate the concentration of the analytes, and can calibrate the errors caused by the probes in the environmental detection. Therefore, the fluorescence ratio probes have been greatly developed.
