Therefore, by means of the temperature dependent M6ssbauer technique we have investigated the LaF%_xMxO 4 with M = A1, Sc, Cr, Ni and Ga and x = 0, 2~, ~ and ~. We will discuss the effect of substituting impurities in LaFeO3 in order to see whether change s in covalency effects, especially the supertransfer hyperfine field (HsTHF) can be described by a model based upon the LCAO method. |
