To observe efficacy and safty of the combination of RH-endostatin and cisplatin by intralumen injection on non-small cell lung cancer with pleural effusion.
103 non-small cell lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (RH-endostatin and cisplatin) and control (cisplatin only), and the clinical efficacy, change of patients' life quality and adverse drug reactions following the intralumen injections were evaluated.
