| 本实验通过对野生光柄菇(pleuteus sp.)的实验室活化培养，在实验室培养出光柄菇的菌丝体，将培养出的菌丝体用CATB法提取出DNA并对所提取的DNA进行纯化和PCR反应，然后用琼脂糖凝胶电泳初步观察PCR反应后的扩增产物。对PCR扩增产物进行序列测定，将测序得到的DNA-ITS序列，运用DNAman软件构建同源树后，对构建的同源树进行简单的分析。并与本科属的其他菌种进行比较分析，从而对本菌种进行分析与讨论。 |

The mycelium of wild pleuteus sp. was cultivated and activated in the laboratory. DNA extracted using CTAB was purified and amplified through PCR. The amplified DNA through PCR was observed through AGE and the sequence was determined. The DNA-ITS sequence was used to establish isogeny tree, whcich was simpliy analysed using DNAman software. The strain was analysed and discussed through comapring with ther strains of the same generic and family. 外行，翻译的不好，仅供参考 |
