4.10号投了个期刊，等了半个月也没看见under review，今个忽然发现13号就给发了个拒信，华丽丽地被拒啊！求个安慰！
另外，Comments for the Author是这样写的：
Comments for the Author:
We were unable to obtain a comprehensive number of sufficiently positive reviews, and, therefore, have to decline publication in XXX of the paper.
Please also view the decision in the light of the fact that a very great number of manuscripts is being submitted to the journal, and that we have to give additional weight to aspects such as fitness for our scope, topicality, or proportionality of international representation.
但翻遍投稿系统都没看见审稿意见，难道是没走出编辑部 |
