[交流] Looking for some1 to improve English speaking together-Need IELTS 7

It is not a formal conversation, but is a section that we can improve English speaking together.
I am an overseas Ph.D student specilized in medicine research.
My current English level in speaking is pretty much 6.5 (may be higher in listening, reading and writing) at the moment, but i need 7 to pass the exam.
We can talk anything.
I use skype most of the time because i use this to chat with my family sometimes.

I have written the IELTS before, but I wasn't satisfied with the score I've gotten and I plan to write the exam again somewhen.
The only problem is the time. I'm in Germany and normally I have time in the evening. Is it ok for you?
