Looking for some1 to improve English speaking together-Need IELTS 7

It is not a formal conversation, but is a section that we can improve English speaking together. I am an overseas Ph.D student specilized in medicine research. My current English level in speaking is pretty much 6.5 (may be higher in listening, reading and writing) at the moment, but i need 7 to pass the exam. We can talk anything.
