关于晶体(crystal)的氢氧根吸收带(OH- absorption band),zhang等人报道了一些结果,但是他们的论文中只研究了三个掺杂量值 2 4 6mol ,指出镁离子由超过阈值时吸收带从3484移动到3487,本论文在镁为2 4时与zhang报道的完全一致。当铪掺杂浓度为6mol时,zhang等人的文献中提到吸收峰移动到3487 ,而我的实验结果是3493,这说明钬离子在晶体中的占位对氢氧根伸缩振动起到了作用。而我们的实验中,当镁的掺杂浓度达到8mol时才出现了3497位置的吸收峰( absorption peak),说明晶体中镁达到8mol时,铜对其吸收峰的影响位置偏移了3cm [ Last edited by jiayou201101 on 2012-5-14 at 21:45 ] |

| Zhang et al. reported some resultsreported some results on hydroxyl absorption bands of crystals (crystal) (OH-absorption band), but their papers studied only three doping value of 246mol that magnesium ions by more than the thresholdabsorption bands move from 3484 to 3487.The papers on the magnesium of 24 reported exactly the same as value with Zhang. Hafnium-doped concentration 6mol mentioned in the literature of Zhang et al. Absorption peak to move to 3487.The results of my experiment were 3493, which played a role in the placeholder of the holmium ion in the crystal the OH stretching vibration . Our experiments, when the magnesium doping concentration of 8mol until 3497 the location of absorption peaks (absorption peak), suggesed the crystal magnesium reach 8mol, copper and its absorption peak position shifted 3cm. |
