近年来,半导体纳米材料的制备方法由高温热注射法到水热法逐渐优化,制备出了高质量的CdTe纳米材料,然而,实验中使用的有机分子配体有毒且不耐高温,不符合绿色合成理念。因此,功能化离子液体在半导体纳米材料合成中的应用也已成为一个新的研究热点,使半导体纳米材料在生物分析、光电探测器、热电装置等领域中得到更广泛的应用。

In recent years, the preparation of high-quality CdTe nanomaterials has been realized, as the preparation method of semiconductor nanomaterials is gradually optimized from high-temperature injection method to hydrothermal method. However, the organic molecular ligands used in experiments are toxic and not high-temperature resistant, which does not meet the concept of green synthesis. Thus the application of functionalized ionic liquids in the synthesis of semiconductor nanomaterials has become a new research focus, which make semiconductor nanomaterials are more widely used in the fields of  biological analysis, photodetectors,  thermoelectric devices, etc.
