In order to stir the mixture of fillers and sewage more homogeneously, the first and the second electric mixers, as described, are reversible motors. And more than one mixing blade was set in the connection rod of the second electric mixer. In order to discharge the sludges, the sludge discharge port was set in one side of the lower part of the described anaerobic tower, aerobic tower, partial nitrification tower，and anaerobic ammonia oxidation tower. As a preferred structure, all the anaerobic tower, aerobic tower, partial nitrification tower，and anaerobic ammonia oxidation tower were cylindrical tower structures. To facilitate the control of the sewage incoming and outgoing, the valves are set in all the inlets and outlets of anaerobic tower, aerobic tower, partial nitrification tower，and anaerobic ammonia oxidation tower. |
